This class builds off of the principles learned in Small Group Leadership 101 and covers the practical aspects of leading an effective small group. Topics covered include: accountability issues, assessing the spiritual health of your group, identifying and developing apprentices, using Small Group Online, and getting your group working for Christ (Prerequisite: SGL101).
